A first-time course creator approached me with a complete program—but no idea how to deliver it online. She had her content ready (videos, PDFs, emails), but needed help turning it into a functioning course platform with a sales funnel, email automation, and blog—all built in Systeme.io.
She wanted something clean, easy to manage, and powerful enough to launch her digital business.
The primary objectives for this project were:
I helped the client outline the user flow—opt-in, sales page, order bump, and thank-you page. We made sure the messaging was aligned with her audience’s problem and positioned the course as the clear solution.
Inside Systeme.io, I created structured modules with downloadable resources and video hosting. I grouped lessons by week and added progress indicators for a smooth learning experience.
I built a 5-part email sequence triggered by signup—welcoming new users, confirming payment, and reminding them to complete modules. Stripe was integrated for seamless payment collection, and tags were used for lead segmentation.
To give her content a home and drive organic traffic, I styled a minimalist blog inside Systeme.io with 3 starter posts, categories, and a newsletter opt-in.
This Systeme.io project shows what’s possible when you pair a great product with the right system. The client launched confidently, automated her student journey, and now has a fully functional digital business hub—all inside one platform.
