CRM Migration

ClickFunnels to GoHighLevel

Project Overview

The client had built their entire funnel ecosystem in ClickFunnels—landing pages, upsells, thank-you pages, and workflows—across multiple domains. But with rising costs and platform limitations, they decided to switch to GoHighLevel to consolidate tools and streamline automation.

They needed a seamless migration—no broken links, no lost leads, and absolutely no downtime during the transition.

Objectives

The primary objectives for this project were:

  • Migrate 7+ funnel pages from ClickFunnels to GoHighLevel
  • Rebuild all automation workflows (email + SMS) within GHL
  • Set up CRM pipelines and tagging structure
  • Transfer domain settings, calendar, and Stripe integrations
  • Deliver a snapshot they could reuse across sub-accounts

Approach

  • Funnel Audit & Mapping

I began by mapping out the entire funnel flow—page-by-page and automation-by-automation. Every conditional step, email delay, and upsell logic was documented to ensure nothing would be missed.

  • Funnel Rebuild in GoHighLevel

I rebuilt all pages inside GoHighLevel’s funnel builder—replicating designs, CTAs, timers, and checkout flows. Mobile optimization was applied page-by-page to improve speed and UX.

  • Automation & CRM Setup

All ClickFunnels workflows were re-engineered in GHL: from abandoned cart reminders to post-purchase email sequences. I also structured CRM pipelines to reflect their sales process and built tagging triggers for segmentation.

  • Domain & Payment Integration

The client’s custom domain was pointed to GoHighLevel, and Stripe was reconnected to handle product payments without errors. The calendar booking system was tested and integrated into the funnel’s thank-you sequence.

  • Testing & Snapshot Delivery

Every form, link, automation, and trigger was tested. Once approved, I delivered a reusable GHL snapshot so the setup could be cloned across different offers in the future.

Results

  • 100% funnel functionality preserved post-migration
  • Funnel pages now load 20% faster and look sharper on mobile
  • Saved client over $200/month in tool costs
  • Snapshot reuse has since launched 3 new offers with minimal effort
  • Improved CRM visibility and lead nurturing with pipelines + tagging

Conclusion

This migration project proved how strategic transitions can unlock growth. By moving from ClickFunnels to GoHighLevel, the client not only saved money—but also gained control, speed, and scalability across their entire marketing system.
