The client, a vocal coach, needed a fully automated sales funnel to convert cold leads into discovery calls without spending hours manually following up. They were using multiple disconnected tools and wanted a simple, streamlined system inside GoHighLevel that could run 24/7.

I started by mapping out the user journey—from landing page to booking confirmation. The goal was clarity, minimal friction, and fast action.
I designed a clean, mobile-friendly landing page with a bold headline, compelling CTA, and trust-building client testimonials. Booking was embedded with a GoHighLevel calendar for smooth scheduling.
I created a multi-step workflow that triggered a warm welcome email and two gentle SMS reminders before the booked session. I also built a visual pipeline to track lead progress (New Lead → Booked → No Show → Converted).
Before going live, I tested all forms, workflows, and triggers. I also set up email notifications for the client so they could follow up if a prospect didn’t book after opting in.
This project proved that when strategy meets smart automation, you get real results. By consolidating tools and focusing on a user-friendly funnel, we turned a chaotic system into a client-booking machine. The client now has a scalable, evergreen sales system—and more time to focus on serving, not chasing.
