Project Overview

The client, a vocal coach, needed a fully automated sales funnel to convert cold leads into discovery calls without spending hours manually following up. They were using multiple disconnected tools and wanted a simple, streamlined system inside GoHighLevel that could run 24/7.

Objectives

The primary objectives for this project were:

  • Build a high-converting 3-step funnel (landing → booking → thank you)
  • Automate lead follow-up with email and SMS workflows
  • Set up a CRM pipeline to track lead movement
  • Reduce no-shows and improve booking rates for coaching calls

I started by mapping out the user journey—from landing page to booking confirmation. The goal was clarity, minimal friction, and fast action.

  • Funnel Design

I designed a clean, mobile-friendly landing page with a bold headline, compelling CTA, and trust-building client testimonials. Booking was embedded with a GoHighLevel calendar for smooth scheduling.

  • Automation & CRM Setup

I created a multi-step workflow that triggered a warm welcome email and two gentle SMS reminders before the booked session. I also built a visual pipeline to track lead progress (New Lead → Booked → No Show → Converted).

  • Testing & Optimization

Before going live, I tested all forms, workflows, and triggers. I also set up email notifications for the client so they could follow up if a prospect didn’t book after opting in.

Results

  • Funnel conversion rate: 31% in the first 2 weeks
  • Booking rate increased by 65% compared to the client’s old setup
  • Reduced no-shows by 40% through reminder automation
