A certified life coach came to me with a basic DIY website that lacked structure, clarity, and mobile responsiveness. Despite great content and valuable services, the site wasn’t converting visitors into leads—and the blog section was barely visible.
She needed a WordPress website that felt premium, looked clean, and guided users to book discovery calls or sign up for her lead magnet.

I started by understanding her goals: more leads, more discovery calls, and better content visibility. I mapped out a structure focused on clear CTAs and created wireframes using Elementor.
Using the Hello theme + Elementor, I designed a clean, modern homepage with a focus on trust (client testimonials, transformation stories, certifications). The opt-in form for her free guide was placed above the fold and repeated after scroll.
I styled the blog page to feel more like a wellness magazine—using featured images, categories, and easy-read formatting. I also installed Rank Math and set up basic schema and keyword structures.
Finally, I optimized the site for speed (with caching and image compression), ensured full responsiveness, and added a thank-you page that linked back to her calendar booking system.
This project proved what good design and smart structure can do. We turned a low-converting website into a lead-generating platform—without overwhelming tech or endless plugins. Now, the client has a site that reflects her brand, engages her audience, and grows her list consistently.
